Tshuva owes more than this amount to those in Israel who invested with him and lost all their money, due to his thieving,lying ways and then the court in Israel which doesn't make him pay back even those who gave him services and products. He has gone into bankruptcy and still hasn't paid back many who lost their lives due to him. Now,not only has he sold a vital building which gave Israel some standing, but made money which he will keep, still not repaying the loads hurt by him. We can only pray that Tshuva gets cancer of something which will quickly cost his entire fortune and he will suffer. That will be justice and karma.
