Maybe they'll realise soon enough that Islamic government is a chimera that will greatly damage the little they had to start with. Islam is the problem, not the solution.

Arabs didn't want kleptocratic dictators.....who would? The vast majority have been purposely kept in poverty and ignorance. It's casually mentioned when interviewing those swept up in events that they have a family of six or eight children. In any country in the West such a family would be poor. Poor people turn to religion, as living standards rise the influence of religion declines. That's the simple reason why religions encourage large families. Of course, it's very handy to blame Israel for all the woes of far off lands.
