31. Threatening Israel is wrong but WB construction is wrng also
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.03.12)
32. #6 Pariah State?
Hannah ,   Auckland NZ   (12.03.12)
Don't you get it. We always have been and always will be, whatever we do will not be enough. The only thing that will be enough is if all of us are wiped off the face of the earth. Well I'd rather take a few with me.
33. WELL, AS LONG ....
FO ,   Belgium   (12.03.12)
Well as long as Bibi as did all other former PMS, refuses to put on the table Article 80 of the UN Charter reaffirming Israel's rights according to International Law, as well as all documents related to it, Israel will remain in trouble.
34. To nr. 16.
Sjoerd van der Velde ,   Hoorn NH, Holland   (12.03.12)
I cannot wait for it to happen. I hope that this will happen even today. Sarah B., you are undoubtely the best, not only in writing talkbacks to Ynetnews. If it is possible for me, I surely will vote for you. You are the one with the most knowledge of Israel and the best one for that job. Keep up the good work!
35. 138 Nations - 6.2 Billion Peope are wrong!!!
Anonymous ,   TX, USA   (12.03.12)
And Israel is ALWAYS Right. The entire world have heard your arguments since its inception (>60 years), that all you wanted was to live in peace and your existance not threatened. Most of the world nations stood by, and would still stand by Israel if its existance is threatened militarily. But the world is shoked to see that all Israel wants now is to expand settlements in West Bank, East Jerusalem...The world does not see your concern over demographics, as a justification to annexing West Bank & East Jerusalem, so it is taking a logical stance of condemning this violation.
36. Building in E1 ensures that the Muslim usurpers
Baruch Shimpshon   (12.03.12)
Don't get Jerusalem. It is very simple. Give up on Jerusalem and the rest is for the Pal's taking. But comments that Abbas has made, Jerusalem the "eternal capital" of Pal are the root problem and negatively correlated to a peaceful resolution.
37. #31. Unrestricted Judea/Samaria building is our right.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.03.12)
This land is ours now and forever. Palestine is forever fictional. Permanently end ALL racist restrictions on Jewish building in Judea and Samaria. Most "Palestinians" want to leave. Let's help them do so NOW!
38. to #23
another Jarda ,   Czech Rep   (12.03.12)
I feel ashamed for you. You are self-persuated Jew-hater and I am till now not able to comprehend the way this was happened to you. At least quarter of the world is afflicted by hunger and poor medical service, but anyhow you want to solve it by converting Israel to another one of many racist Arab UN member states.
39. why not fund protection of homes in B'S and Sderot instead?
Hedgehog ,   USA/Israel   (12.03.12)
why doesnt the government of Israel use the funds to build safe rooms (mamad) in schools and homes in and near Beer Sheva and the communities surrounding Gaza?
40. Serve Proof
Dick ,   USA   (12.03.12)
Not real. get with the real world. Stop stealing land.
41. #30 I'm still wondering how you can call
A ,   Belgium   (12.03.12)
yourself an Israeli, if you do at all. Seems to me you're just a leech, like Tibi and Zoabi and the rest of the traitors. At least they call themselves "palestinians". What you call YOURself, a leech?
42. Isreal building new settlements
John ,   Clearwater Fl. USA   (12.03.12)
I think its time that theUnited States stopped all foreign aid to Isreal..Fifty years and BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars have not stopped them from the same actions ,,,why continue..Cut off the money...
43. Israel responds better to terror
(12.03.12)
Hamas attacks Israel with missles and the Israelis provide Hamas with concessions as part of a ceasefire agreement. Fatah peacefully obtains observer status at the UN and Israel penalizes them. What message is the Israeli Government trying to convey here?
44. Holande and Netanyaho
Mrs. Janice Howard ,   London, England   (12.03.12)
How can Israel have peace talks with Palestine, when there has been no give and take on the Palestine side at all. Israel seems to be the only side that is holding her hand out. Palestine on the other hand does not do anything. They have now been allowed to join the UN and what concessions have they had to given to Israel for this honour, absolutely NOTHING. They have not even had to acknowledge the existence of ISRAEL. This was a simple thing that they needed to do for the peace of the area, but they could not do it. It is a very strange thing but people are dying by the hundreds in Syria. But apparently that doesn't matter. The thing that matters to the Palestinians is the Real Estate in Jerusalem. They are not, nor have they ever been serious about Peace in the Middle East. What they want is the Destruction of Israel. This will never happen. We cannot allow it to happen. It may not be as important to France or Europe, or the rest of the World, but it is important to the Jews and that is why it will NEVER HAPPEN. MRS. JANICE HOWARD.
45. No42
Jose ,   Seville,Spain   (12.03.12)
Well Israel is doing the dirty work for you, protecting free western values against islamo fascism, so when you're next sunning your ass on Clearwater beach, just remember,Islam wants to impose Sharia law on your family, your country and slaughter anyone who dares disagree with this.
46. #7 Neither Jersey, nor Jew
Jake   (12.03.12)
I already caught you out in one of your previous posts, claiming to be from New Jersey, USA, but then using British spellings. You also use the term "we", and yet it is patently clear from your posts you are about as "kosher" as a pork scratching in a bar mitzvah, and have nutn' whatseover to do with Jews or Israel
47. #23 You and whose army?
Jake   (12.03.12)
48. #30 Gregorio, what France recognizes is irrelevant
Jake   (12.03.12)
The Israeli government does not sit in Jerusalem and does not travel to Tel Aviv to meet foreign dipomats. For every meeting between French diplomats and Israeli government officials, the French diplomats must travel to Jerusalem.
49. @ 45 Jose - No one is fooled, Israel is serving itself.
Anonymous ,   TX, USA   (12.03.12)
There are a already millions of Muslims in the US, including Clearwater beach, and NO...they are not a threat...so stop pitching your bigoted filty opinion...No one is buying it anymore. Israel is only serving itself when it decides to expand its settlements, against all nations including US wishes of giving the West Bank & East Jerusalem to the Palestinians.
50. to #23 JARDA
Renat ,   Tel Aviv, Israel   (12.03.12)
The biggest mistake Eropeans made recently was letting all of this muslim filth in to their countries. As for correcting your so called mistake: this is not 1938 and Jews are no longer defenceless. Just an FYI- IDF packs a considerable punch, makes your countries military looks like pathetic farmers with pitchforks.
51. No35
Jose ,   Seville,Spain   (12.03.12)
I didnt know individuals voted in the UN recently?Look at the history and maybe you will understand why actually the occupiers are the Arabs in the west bank. You are also forgetting these "Palestinians" want all of Israel. Easy for you to judge from Texas which is larger that the entire area of Israel and west bank. They rejected a state in 1949 because they thought the Arabs would give them all of Israel.
52. 45 I havenot seen a lot of israeli soldiers
desi ,   texas   (12.03.12)
in afghanistan... or in irak... or in the sahel... or anywhere except in israel... come on, you care only about yourselves...you're not protecting anyone...quite the contrary, without US money Tsahal is a third world army....
53. #37, I don't believe they want to leave.
Michael ,   California, USA   (12.03.12)
You are telling lies and hope that people will start believing. Not even once did I meet a Palestinian with family in the WB who said they are thinking of leaving.
54. BUILDING IN THE E1 ZONE
Eric Fried ,   Australia   (12.03.12)
The intransigence of Israel is not only counterproductive, it is dangerous. Political reality today is such that there are no countries left who support Israeli move to build in the E1 zone. Israel is moving dangerously close to becoming a pariah state, ostracised and without friends. The US is close to thumping the table with its fist. I think that Netanyahu has lost the plot. He and his tug from Russia bring shame to us Jews. Israel will be a very lonely country with no friends at all.
55. #52 Thats why you haven't seen a lot of DEAD
A ,   Belgium   (12.03.12)
Israeli soldiers either. Unfortunatly, Americas losses haven't done much to improve the situations in Afghanistan, or Iraq, or...I don't understand the next one...sorry. So maybe its better to be an army that stays alive than one who ends up with sons and brothers and fathers AND daughters and sisters and mothers being sent home in boxes. For nothing.
56. @ 51 Jose: we have heard it b4, no longer buying it
Anonymous ,   TX, USA   (12.03.12)
I know the History of the region. Palestinian were there and building a state under British as mandatet by League of Nation. Jews came to Palestine as refugees from Europe & Nazi persecution. They then pushed for the creation of a state to be carved out of the Palestinian mandated state, to which Palestinians and Arab nations refused, and tried to abort. They were unsuccessful, and after bitter wars and conflict Palestinians Authority have recognized Israel as a state and is peacefully through diplomatic means attempting to build a state on what is left of West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza
57.  BOYCOTT THE FRENCH
CAPTAIN OBVIOUS ,   SAFED OPERA HOUSE   (12.03.12)
I will not buy any french produce . And I suggest all israelis do likewise . Sanctions can work both ways.
58. To Eric Fried, #84
shish-kabob ,   us   (12.04.12)
"He and his tug from Russia bring shame to us Jews. Israel will be a very lonely country with no friends at all" With friends like you, who needs enemies?
59. To #53:Michael
Shish-kabob ,   US   (12.04.12)
"You are telling lies and hope that people will start believing. Not even once did I meet a Palestinian with family in the WB who said they are thinking of leaving. West Bank" Christians are almost gone: close to 90%. Bethlehem is already a Muslim town. Check the facts. They know full well what to expect in a Muslim state. Muslims have nowhere to go: Europe does not want them, and with Palestine now a "state" they cease to be "refugees" ( was it what the Europeans had in mind?), and Arabs hate their guts anyway and need them only as a weapons against the Israelis. In a while, they will have Jordan though...
60. #39. Israeli retreat is root cause of all the problems.
Chaim ,   Israsel   (12.04.12)
#39. Your logic is backwards. You advocate "safe houses" for Sderot and retreating from Judea and Samaria. The ONLY reason Sderot is in danger is because of Israeli retreat. Israeli retreat is the root cause of almost all Israel's problems.
