You are correct - we are not a signatory of the Rome Statue and as such cannot be a party to anything brought to the ICC. If the PLO is stupid enough to sign that Statue then every single Arab in Gaza, Judea and Samaria will be subject to the ICC and our dual nationals will in fact be about to file compliants on all of them.
