Your ilk expend a great deal of energy to accuse Israel of violating agreements while working hard to cover up the obligations Arabs have under the same agreements. The 1947 partition and eventual independence of Israel was granted with the caveat that the rights of PRIVATE land owners not be prejudiced. First, most Arabs were not the legal owners of the land they were on. They are either left over renters of the ottoman era who never moved or squatters from the 1930s economic migrant period. Despite this, Israel agreed to the clause. Second, the case of "rights of those people" cannot be upheld by the UN demand when "those people" chose to join a genocidal war against the nascent State. And those who chose NOT to join in and remain citizens of Israel, were allowed to do so, on the land they lived on. So Israel adhered to the original agreement, while Arabs did not. Third, despite having the name "Palestine Post", there was no State nor recognized sovereign entity called "Palestine". Those called "Palestinians" back then were the Jews, where the Arabs saw the title as demeaning and preferred to be called "Arabs of the Levant". For a group claiming to be natives of the land and "Palestinians", they found it quite distasteful just a few years before the re-birth of Israel. It's no difference than the newspaper "Portada de Journal L'Alsace". It's named for the region it covers but doesn't denote any form of sovereignty or independence of that region.
