1. I agree!
AJ - Raalte   (12.09.12)
Excellent article.
2. Imagine a Leftist
joseph ,   Australia   (12.09.12)
Imagine a Leftist foreign minister in 1948 actually wanting to annex W. Jerusalem, and actually worked in Israel's interest. Until the current Leftist understand, that the more important East Jerusalem remains under Israelis possession, there will never be trusted to govern ever again.
3. Name the streets after the countries who opposed the PA vote
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (12.09.12)
4. Excellent opinion piece
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.09.12)
Thank you, Mr. Sagal.
5. Accelerate bulilding
Rune ,   Oslo, Norway   (12.09.12)
World lets himself be fooled by the Arab game, and their opponents play in UN, with the exception of a very few countries. Israel must never rely on anyone but themselves, and not be ruled by opposition with vicarious motive. Build and expand, since this is in Israel's interests and is the only oponents understand. Facts on the ground are realities, hopeless and biased UN resolutions, undermining its existence.
6. the construction make perfect sense contractually
Alan Eigenstein ,   Edgewater, NJ   (12.09.12)
The construction places time urgency on the PA to come to the table to make peace. Without this, there is no reason for the PA not to waste another two decades. The construction is the price of their delay, and as economists know, anything that is a free good will be consumed in excessive quantities. The EU knows this too. That's how we can conclude that the EU's opposition to construction is in reality their active support for continued war against Israel. What would happen if Israel raised a charge of attempted genocide against the EU? Not that the ICC would care. But maybe the EU would have a pang of conscience when forced to look in the mirror? Oh, how hallucinatory of me!
7. Now is the time for MASSIVE Judea/Samaria building.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.09.12)
The cause of this problem, like virtually all Israel's problems, is Israeli concessions and retreats. The solution is equally simple. Claim every inch of our land. We must not let the "Palestinian" poseurs intimidate us in the least. Now is the time for MASSIVE Judea and Samaria building.
8. Excellent and factual hope the typical talkbackers
Mike ,   Israel   (12.09.12)

12. #10,11
Chimo ,   Las Vegas   (12.10.12)
It's only fools like you that think that we jews consider ourselves "chosen" and therefore better thatn everyone else. The fact is though, that the jews are as a whole, a very idustrious people, who belive in higher education and self reliance rather than by subjugating others to our whims. The only reason why Palestinians live under "occupation" is because Israel has no other choice if it wants to survive. With ignorant scum like yourself whining about why Israel doesn't "respect or follow International law" when just about every law is against Israel the jews have to be continuously ready to do battle with whoever trys to take that which is ours.
13. Crazyman
Zivron   (12.11.12)
The Jews in Israel have never been more united on security issues the jihadi are everywhere and even entry of jihadi into Judaea and Samaria is now a security issue Hamas provides the evidence perpetually they call for madness blood baths and destruction of the land.
