When you are more concerned with being PC and posing for PR soudbits, while not instilling basic dicipline into your soldiers, then you ought to do the right thing and step down. You are failing miserably as the COS. There arent enough military prisions to house the rag tag misfits you are culling from the general population. I suspect you imprison more of the despised 'religious' and the vile 'settlers' then the losers in your ranks that you call 'soldiers'.
