Ol   (12.13.12)
that's if his father is a jew. What if he is an arab?
32. I suspect this report is wrong:
Barrister ,   USA   (12.13.12)
The mother is being deported. The mother is taking her child with her. The mother is the illegal alien who has ignored the laws for many years and seeming ignored other rulings against her. The USA does the same thing daily

If you're fed up of 'this country', why don't you just get on a plane and leave?
34. No 23: define "foreigner"
(12.13.12)
35. # 29 Michael Then why didn't the mother apply for legal

paperwork and follow the law rather than to ignore it for all these years? Also, do we know for certain that the father is a Jew, or the grandparents for that matter? I have to assume the courts there know the law better than you or I. Shalom.
36. So, now you're a judge?
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
I believe I'll trust the official judges decision rather than you an amateur. If the judges say go, they go.
37. Do you Poles allow free entry into the camps as tourists?
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
Or, do you charge a fee? Please reply.
38. # 21 Sarah so, move already.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
there are thousands of illegals to take your place.
39. # 26 Jerry You can move.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
We had a saying in America some years ago, "love it or leave it.' If you don't understand why your pro israel you need to rethink why you came in the first place. There are thousands waiting to legally enter Israel, ones who not only appreciate Israel but have waited years to enter as legal citizens.
40. # 27 DAn, USA I agree with you.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
As the father is missing, all the responsibility falls on the mothers shoulders. She had years to make an effort to apply for legal papers, she did not, she is negligent.
41. # 31 It's possible.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
Has any one yet identified the father? Where is he? What is he? ( other than an irresponsible bum who deserted his family?) Or, worse yet, does the mother know who the father was?
42. # 32 Barrister- Quite right, thank you.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
43. # 34 The court just decided the mother and child are

"foreigners'. That is their job and we must assume they know the letter of the law far better than we amateurs. If people don't agree with the decision, too bad, the law is the law and must be respected.
44. # 29 Michael Tell that to the courts.....
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.16.12)
I am not a citizen of Israel but, if that were the case, this would not be occurring. the Court knows the law better than we so, I can only assume they know best neither you or I are fully qualified to make such rulings. Who knows who, where, and what the Grandparents were? Is there some proof? Was it not enough to persuade the judges otherwise? It is my understanding that the Mother must be a Jew for a child to qualify not the father, who in this case is absent.
45. Yad Vashem...
Jerry ,   Sweden   (12.23.12)
Yad Vashem is a JOKE! A God place for the "big bad jew" from USA.
46. Will there be as much support...
Harry Wright ,   UK   (03.05.13)
if the child's father is an Arab Israeli?
