ariel wolkowicki ,   holon,israel   (12.20.12)
this is great news becasue it is not governments job to get people. to shop and spend money on the internet. "which assesses how much money is spent on online retail and online advertising; and engagement." israeli be getting people from stopping buying online and into stores. that makes real jobs and more income tax for the state. it is time to get people offline.
