1. Rather to blind on one of my eyes
Istvan ,   BUDAPEST HUNGARY   (12.26.12)
than to look such an abhorent film.
2. And there lies the difference :
Barbara ,   Haifa Israel   (12.26.12)
Suicide next to a bunch of soldiers or suicide next to bunch of young children. I don't approve of either,; but a woman who can kill young children is a monster (from birth or from brainwashing - doesn't matter). Then again - a man is not any less of a monster for this act.
3. Why does Jewish Hollywood hide the "Jewish State"
Steven Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (12.26.12)
...what are they afraid of, the truth?
4. Moral Relitavism At its Worst
Howard ,   Seattle USA   (12.26.12)
So we are to beleive that he main charachter has a moral probelm with his wife murduring innocent Jewish children because if the children were NOT Jewish it would be a clear cut issue and she would rot in Hell(where she belongs anyway). He further exposes his bias by trying to justify his feelings over her actions by the way he is treated in Israeli society and by what happened during an anti terrorist operatrion in Jennin???Maybe he should make a movie about the terrorist attacks against Israelis that led to the anti terror operation in Jennin??Won't happen though because he would have to confront some uncomfortable truths.I suppose he could also say that his wife was just following orders and where have we heard that before in Jewish history???
5. It's a film, people!!
David ,   Providence, RI USA   (12.26.12)
If we cannot watch a film, read a book, or listen to a song because its author has a different nationality and perhaps a different perspective than ours, we may as well give up the idea that we are a "peace-seeking" nation, or that ours is a "peace-loving" religion. Not having seen the film, I can already find several positives in its existence. One, it imagines the possibility of an Arab citizen of Israel feeling almost totally integrated in Israeli society. If a thing can be imagined, it has a better chance of becoming reality. There are, in fact, many Arab Israelis who live almost normally in Israel. By telling the story of one, the film maker gives us the possibility to think about the barriers that still exist to peaceful coexistence. If one person--Arab or Jew--is inspired by this film to work towards a solution to the conflict between our peoples, it will be a gift from heaven. And if not, we will not be any worse off for having seen the film. I hope it comes to the US.
6. Reuters Canard eludes readers
SG ,   Teaneck   (12.27.12)
Jenin "massacre" is proven as a fabrication and a fraud by the Palestinian propaganda machine and bought into by the liberal press w/o any critical examination or inquiry.
7. #4 - but his film does a great job in showing....
William ,   Israel   (12.27.12)
the accurate mindset of the Israeli Arab/"Palestinian" and how easy they could sacrifice Jewish children for their own ideology. This is a film by an Israeli Arab but it shows very well that they are NOT loyal to the State nor 70% of its population, and never will be - despite the equality, social inclusion, and professional success. Israeli Arabs today demand "equality" but more accurately, they want affirmative action, and majority control by the minority population.
8. #5 - What do you mean "imagine"?
William ,   Israel   (12.27.12)
"One, it imagines the possibility of an Arab citizen of Israel feeling almost totally integrated in Israeli society." What do you mean "imagine"? Have you been to Israel? There are many Israeli Arabs who are totally integrated into Israeli society, and quite successful. And there is a small minority who work to create divisions so normalization and integration do not occur. They are the real obstacle to peace in the region.

If this film is an accurate mind set of Israeli Arabs then they are the enemy within and should dealt with as such as they seek the destruction and elimination of a Jewish state.Perhaps they will be better treated in Egypt.Syria,Lebanon?????Your political correctness is blinding you to reality.
