2. Build 50,000 homes

3. Well ... they were warned
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.21.12)
Now, let the ersatz "Palestinians" reap what they have sown. Should be interesting to see how those terrorist thugs in the ersatz "Palestine" Authority plan to counter this. Especially once they find themselves sitting in the dark, without fresh water, without friends and .... shit out of luck. The ersatz "Palestinians" put their eggs in the wrong basket. No one in the international community will do a single thing for them ... and they have completely alienated Israel, the one country that has EVER cared about them. Too late now. Israel no longer cares. But there are 138 nations that purportedly do, right? So -- where are their wire transfers of funds to the ersatz "Palestine" Authority? Wake me up when it happens, tee hee.
4. Unrestricted Judea/Samaria building NOW!
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.21.12)
No more games with "Palestinian" poseurs who'd love to mass murder us all. Demand unrestricted Jewish building in all Judea and Samaria NOW! This land is ours now and forever.
5. the strategic necessity for building
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Zion, Zion   (12.21.12)
the building in the neighbourhoods adjacent to jerusalem are strategically necessary for the protection of the holy city. israel cannot, under any conditions, give up the high ground which surrounds jerusalem and offers the only protection against terror attacks against the lower lying center of jerusalem and her large population.
6. European conquered areas.
Yehuda ,   Herzlia   (12.21.12)
The whole of the South of Holland was conquered in the 18th century. England conquered Gilbraltar, Germany took from Poland, France from Germany and many more. I suggest that hese countries judge their own and each other's building policies and not unite to condemn Israel.
7. Backlash
Michael ,   Haifa   (12.21.12)
Only a backlash, that hurts, will bring us to our senses.
8. #7 Michael. Massive Judea/Samaria building is our right.
Chaim ,   Israel   (12.21.12)
#7 Michael. Israel is coming to her senses. That is why more and more Israelis favor massive Judea and Samaria building. We know this land is ours; always has been ours and always will be ours. Israel is increasingly rejecting the lunacy of leftist retreat.
9. #6 - Yehuda
Maurice ,   Montreal   (12.21.12)
You should not even compare what the British or the German did in Europe with what Israel is doing. Those countries occupied officially existing countries. When Israel took the West Bank in 67 there was no country called Palestine there. Those territories belonged to the British before they were occupied by Jordan until 67.
10. BUILD BABY BUILD !!!!

12. New definition
Amram ,   Toronto, Canada   (12.21.12)
Provocation: a unilateral step taken by Israel.
13. More than 60 years of waiting, holding back
Harry Wright ,   UK   (12.21.12)
on construction of new homes. Waiting...waiting...waiting on peace talks to bear fruit. Then Abbas runs off to the UN to circumvent peace talks because he has no intentions of striking any peace deals with Israel. He does not want a peace deal, he wants ALL of Israel. Well, Israel may as well run off too (like Abbas) and continue with whatever plans and projects it has on the drawing board. No sense waiting on Abbas. With some luck, there may be a peace deal by the year 3,000. You gotta keep hoping!
14. Judea and Samaria = ISRAEL!
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (12.22.12)
BUILD...BUILD...BUILD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
15. # 11 And you reman clueless and nameless.
big bad Jew ,   United States   (12.22.12)
Israel's busy BUILDING BABY BUILDING.....!! YIPEE!!
16. All of the "controversy" ....
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (12.22.12)
.... comes from abroad. What right does any country, institution or organization have to opine upon Israeli domestic policy? That's right! NONE. Israel is not the world's private fishbowl. With all of the problems that are rife in the world today, and that are truly issues of life and death (think Syria, here, for starters; not the only one, though), for the international community to bay and bark about Israel is downright hypocritical. Israel's construction policies are Israel's business. EXCLUSIVELY ISRAEL's BUSINESS. There really is nothing else to say. The international community should devote its efforts to ending the violence in Syria, the Congo, Somalia, the Sudan, the Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Libya, Mali .... I think you get the point.
