The "Constitution" is a sham with all power in a "religious council" (shariah law). I'm embarrassed that he was educated in one of our best Calif. Schools because he must have "cut" his Civics classes. Tunisia,Iraq, Egypt and soon Turkey, we're not fooled by your phoney "Constitutions" or your authoritarian theocracies. It's not a Democracy and Mr Morsi knows it.
3. What a waste of space
Beauchard ,   amsterdam   (12.22.12)
A slow news day? Well, these journalists quote the opinions of an oil company manager and a female accountant on the referendum. Not exactly your average Egyptians. The whole report is just a waste of space. It adds nothing to earlier reports.

Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Zion, Zion   (12.23.12)
egypt is about to return to the seventh century. only obama and his far left liberal elite allies and backers think that the so-called arab spring has brought any semblance of democracy to anywhere in the muslim world. to the contrary, the muslim world is being hijacked by islamist terrorists, including al qaeda and its many affiliates. wherever one looks, be it egypt, lybia, tunisia, yemen, mali, etc., the islamists are spreading like wild fire.
