1. Very tough cookie and very very smart!
michael redbourn ,   Arad Israel   (12.30.12)
Whatever else you might think about Lieberman, he's one tough cookie! And ....Guttman, who served in the National Fraud Unit for 21 years said the image of Lieberman portrayed in the press was very different from the man he had encountered in person. "The man is, in my opinion, the fastest-thinking suspect politician the police have had to face. He will come prepared". "Lieberman does not hide behind his right to remain silent. He won't confess, either. He will give full answers and send police abroad looking for evidence," Guttman said. "He does not stutter, and he is not like Olmert, saying he doesn't remember this or that. He has all the facts in his head, and he does not refer to documents when answering questions".
2. I have absolutely no doubt....
Vlad   (12.30.12)
That whatever the eventual outcome, Lieberman will put up a VERY good fight. He is going give the prosecution a hard time.
3. Weinstein
Bill Stein ,   USA   (12.30.12)
Why was Weinstein against a law limiting foreign goverment funds to NGOs. Why was he against laws against boycotts of Ariel. Why does it always seems that right wing politions and laws seem to have problems right before elections. In my opinion something is rotten in Denmark with this judge.
4. Danny Ayalon, the Avenger
(12.30.12)
Remember how he avenged the Turksh Ambassador to Israel? Now he avenges Liberman for throwing him out. Liberman is out for sure. But, what about Ayalon?
5. a bad day for Israel
Fad Egypt   (12.30.12)
the justice system is corrupt and is controlled by the extreme left wing, on the day Lieberman is indicted for doing nothing wrong, traitor Zoabi is free to run for knesset !!!!! is this fair ??!!!! how can a traitor support of hamas and jihad against Israel who supported nuclear Iran and participated in the damn terror flotilla can run ??!!!! at the same time Lieberman case is nonsense , if the other investigations are closed and Lieberman is clean in these investigations so what is the problem if Ben Aryeh has passed info to him or not, although there is no proof that he passed him any info, Lieberman is indicted because he made an appointment , whats the problem with that ??!!!!! Olmert didnt make political appointments, Sharon didnt make political appointmenets and paid bribes to the likud members to support his traitorious plan to leave Gaza , Yisrael Katz also made political appointments when he appointed some likud activists in his agriculture ministry, Lieberman didnt make any political appointment and his doing has nothing to do with the case so why he is indicted in the first place ???!!!!! shalom
6.  what about Ayalon?
Robert ,   Australia   (12.30.12)
He'll be on Lieberman's hit list.
7. Good ridence to bad rubbish

10. moral turpitude
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Zion   (12.30.12)
in the united states a person can buy an ambassadorship to france by making large contributions to a presidential campaign.
11. Ayalon was head of the appointment
Louis ,   USA   (12.30.12)
committee that reviewed . vetted, and approved the appointment for ambassador. Seems Lieberman merely said he would support the nomination but had no vote. Thus Ayalon is responsible as Lieberman had no vote on that committee. This is a witch hunt and blatant attempt to influence election. Weinstein's judgment and discretion are very suspect
12. Lesson for # 1
Subway Sam. ,   Netanya, Israel   (12.30.12)
You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time. but you cant fool all the people all of the time. {however smart you are} Al Capone was not convicted for murder, but for not paying income tax.
13. Not surprising
Shlomo ,   Jerusalem   (12.30.12)
Everything Lieberman does is shameful, I am shocked he is still a viable politician. I am seriously scared for my country.
14. Lieberman has made a mistake!
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (12.30.12)
Any good lawyer would tell his client that a "bad plea bargain" is, in most cases, "better than a good trial"! He should have taken the deal instead of opening Pandora's Box! As for Danny Ayalon, he is a consummate diplomat and most will find it very hard to believe that the humiliation of the Turkish Ambassador was his idea! Dropping Ayalon was Lieberman's biggest mistake! You keep you friends close, your enemies even closer and those who have the goods on you, you keep them the closest of all!
15. Moral turpitude conviction> What about Zoabi?
Mabsurfing ,   Nahariya, Israel   (12.30.12)
I am up for an indicment on Lieberman if he did indeed paid political favors, however, how can he be indicted on Moral Turpitud and Hanin Zoabi is free to keep running for a place in the Knesset while she is abusing her power as MK to insult and fight against the country in which she is sitting on the parlament. How can the world say Israel an Apartheid state and not a democracy with these obvious examples of punishing Lieberman who speaks the truth no matter what and Zoabi who only spits on the hand that feeds her and gives her the freedom she says she doesn't has
