I fully support all courageous women who stand up against religious oppression. This reaction is long overdue in the Arab world, but it is very welcome. Let's also remember that there is no country the region where an Arab woman enjoys so many rights as in Israel. Beirut comes close, but Israel is still the leader. I hope for a day when a woman in Damascus, Amman and Cairo will have the same rights that all women have today in Tel Aviv.
