1. Just what we need
Sandra, Klein ,   Landover, M.D.   (01.06.13)
Just what we need another warmongering candidate, politician, wasn't Bennet born in the U.S. to immigrant parents from, Europe by way of Europe, now he is in Israel trying to rasing hell over land issues, settlements, military insubordination of his states own army and the oppressive occupation of a people that have been on this land hundreds of years before his ancestors left Europe,,,,,,, "Just what we need".
2. i have
lili ,   gaza   (01.06.13)
two hands ten fingers i can catch a mike.can speek and smile but i have long hair
3. Thank you Bibi for a job well done.
michael Pielet ,   israel   (01.06.13)
Naftali Bennet thank you for your words of wisdom and encouragement. I am praying for your sucess and the success of all zionists parties that support the Jewish people in the land of Israel.
4. Mr. Bennett
Mordechai ,   Beit Shemesh   (01.06.13)
The truth comes out, an ultra right wing fascist, who is trying to play to the hoi polloi, with stupid, short-sighted jingoistic statements. Can you imagine the disaster that will fall upon us if he is allowed anywhere near power? A real shame that someone who seems so intelligent spews such complete and utter rubbish. He should be charged with acts of treason. What he is saying is that the yoke we have round our necks in the form of the settlements must be preserved even if it means the demise of Israel and he will disobey any order to remove them and will support those who follow him. Prison is the only fit place for him. He is a danger and a menace to our society!
5. Barak was Netanyahu's choice....
Shalom ,   U.S.,A.   (01.06.13)
Bennett wants to form coalition with Netanyahu. To be effective in his government he must finish very strong in the elections. May HaShem help him and the israeli people!
6. This Guy
mike ,   Uk   (01.06.13)
All I can say, Israel is losing its support from Jews and others worldwide. If this man thinks, little Israel of 6Million can stick two fingers up to the world, he is off his head. The world is moving on, if Israel doesnt move with it, it will be a disaster for the 60 years zionist dream.
7. Israel Losing support world wide?
Isabella1709 ,   Tampa USA   (01.07.13)
I would say that yu and Israel is too concerned with the leftists worldwide that are joining with Islam. They are hoping by giving Islam Israel they will be spared. It is NOT going to happen.
8. Those pesky Palestinians just don't know when they are beat
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (01.07.13)
9. Bennett is a fanatic
Mark ,   Cleveland USA   (01.07.13)
Religious fanatics view the world through the lens of a ancient books, and tend to know nothing about the world of today (and don't care to know). They believe what they believe, and wont absorb any information that conflicts with their fantasy. It is the job of the rational voter to keep these lunatics away from power, or suffer the deadly consequences of allowing them the live out their delusions, along with the damage caused.
10. Good for him
Shimshon HaGibor ,   Miami, US   (01.07.13)
First man to talk as a patriot, succesor to Sharon, good for him!
11. To comment #1 Sarah
Adam ,   Ottawa, Canada   (01.07.13)
"Just what we need?" You're not part of "we." You don't live in Israel and face a radical death cult on all your borders as well as subversive elements within the country. Bennett only just served in the most elite unit in the IDF and created many jobs in Israel through the creation of his company. What exactly have you contributed to Israel to even have an opinion on the matter? You should check your tongue before you speak such nonsense
12. Cut the crap talk Naftali.
Alfonso Buzlago ,   Dimona,Israel.   (01.07.13)
We want lower housing prices ,cheaper education and more members of our society leading productive lives and doing their bit in the armed services. Dont give me this stupid crap about "strong "leaders, what we need are smart and clever leaders who will make real social progress whilst maintaining good relations with the rest of the world.
13. Naftali tells it like it is, leftist loonies in frenzy
P'd off yid ,   South of tel aviv-Is   (01.07.13)
Its about time we had an honest politician. The left and center are scared to death that Habayit HaYehudi will be the second largest party in the country. As for the comments of non-Israelis-who cares? In another 20 years Islam will be knocking at their door for forced conversion. Israel must always do what is good for Israel and not to appease the masses outside it. Israelis everywhere are starting to realize that we have given much and sacrificed much for nothing in return and now its time to throw likud, labor and all the other false leaders out the window.
14. Bennett is spot-on. Mea Achuz.
(01.07.13)
15. Just like battered wives are being whisked off to shelters
tom ,   tel aviv   (01.07.13)
where they live in constant fear, instead of their husbands shaking in their boots, so is poor Israel ducking it's head under kassams, suicide belts and whatnot! This impotent behaviour is typical of our enlightened society, that is willing to commit crimes against it's own citizens just as long as imaginary "values" are upheld in an asnine way.. Yes, it is a crime not to protect Sderot/Ashqelon/Ashdod.. even Tel Aviv. But obviously since there are over 5 mil. Jews living here, we can withstand some battering-blodletting for the sake of "peace-process".
16. we've given the policies of the left 20 years
Scott ,   Ramat Gan, Israel   (01.07.13)
20 years of concessions & compromise - what has it led to? The world is still pro-Arab, because they have oil. Israel has to do what's in its best interest & outsiders do not have a say in it.
17. How does habayit yehudi relate to otzma israel?
ReaderX   (01.07.13)
It's all very confusing, obviously the right gets a 0 out of 10 on marketing.
18. # 11
Hoke ,   Haifa, Israel   (01.07.13)
Being critical of number 1 for not being "we" or part of Israel? and this coming from you in Canada, is a bit much. Or are the horses higher in Canada?
19. one state solution ?
Aaron Rosen ,   NY, NY   (01.07.13)
So he wants a one state solution ... but then we'll be forced to give the Pals the right to vote, at which point they will win 20-30 mandatim and form and aliance with the left. Then, the likes of Bibi and Bennett will never be in power ... GREAT IDEA ...LETS DO IT PLEASE
20. #1 he was born in haifa
the mad Zionist ,   sf-ny-is   (01.07.13)
21. OK Mr. Bennett. How will you handle UN/EU/USA Pressure?
Dee Bee ,   Israel   (01.07.13)
Every war in the history of Israel has been stopped by external pressure before Israel could finish the job. In Gaza Olmert, good bad or otherwise, stood up to the world for 22 days. Netanyahu capitulated after 8! Olmert humbled Hamas for two years. Netanyahu has given them a self proclaimed victory and it seems they may be right as there is no blockade and their leader are free to come and go as they please. Ariel Sharon once said that in opposition you can say anything. However, when in Government and the lives of every Israeli are on your shoulders, things are very different. Mr. Bennett, remember that it is good to be right but it is better to be wise. The Right must wake up to the fact that the Arabs, both in Israel and outside are here to stay as are we, the Zionists. What Israel needs NOW is wise leadership that thinks ahead and of the future of our children and not religious fanaticism. Can you think ahead, Mr. Bennett?
22. Forced coversion doesn't work any more
Mark ,   London, UK   (01.07.13)
If you don't believe a jot of your present religion, you ain't going to believe a jot of any religion you are "forced" to convert to. It's very easy to say the words, "I believe that Mohammed was the messenger of god" (or whatever) with a pistol against my head. It won't make me a gullible muslim. I have had the advantage of living in liberty for all my life and I won't give it up and succumb.
23. To #1, Sandra:
(01.07.13)
Yes, another well-educated (read brainwashed) liberal American "Jew" (or German? Klein is also German) who sits there in classic cushy American comfort, thinking that whomever is the smaller group is de facto "the oppressed". (You've obviously never served in the Peace Corps, never been out of never-neverland, and eat whatever garbage the media feeds you -- open wiiiide!) For the record: we were exiled from this land, Israel, our own land (though maintaining continual Jewish presense nevertheless) by "oppresive occupiers" THOUSANDS of years ago (not hundreds) and set adrift and homeless. My "ancesters left Europe"?!?!? If being murdered by the millions is "LEAVING," I suppose you can call it that. My "ancestors" would be thrilled to know that their grandchildren have come home again. To Israel. To our land. Deal with it.
24. #18, your buddy #1 is full of it
Jake   (01.07.13)
and so are you. Naftali Bennett was born in Haifa, not in the US. And #1 has nothing to do with "we".
25. Defeating terrorists in Gaza
Eli ,   Israel   (01.07.13)
Yes, but can we defeat Bennet and his anti-democratic followers?
26. Forced conversions
to 22#   (01.07.13)
Unfortunately for you they do. The gun to your head , or in a proper Muslim way, a sword to your neck, will be there for the rest of your days. Your wife and children too, if you still have them after Islam takes over your country. More than a thousand years later Copts of Egypt attest to the viciousness of the Mohamedans who took over their country. Once thriving culture is in ruins since and will probably never recover. The same thing with Persia which became Iran, India's Kashmir which became Pakistan - all testaments to the terrifying brilliance of the Islam doctrine, which they could not and cannot shake off. Good luck with resisting after you finally realize that you did not really wanted to be a Muslim. I'd rather resist before it happens and support anyone who understands the danger
27. the Four H Club Not Sympathetic
Noah Lev ,   LosAngelesUSA   (01.07.13)
To Dee Bee: your thinking is on the mark. That is the problemo..Israel is caught between the devil and the dep blue sea ( Med/Jordan). It is too small to really force a surrender, or to occupy permanently large Arab areas w/o serious violence and resistance. Its IDF, while powerful man for man,is miniscule (compared to its neighbos).Syria has chemical weapons, Egypt 100s of F16s, Iran has pending nukes and an army of over 5m..etc.,etc. Israel is divided between religious adherence streams, but yids to the world., Kassams, Fajrs dont discriminate. Orthodox in Jerusalem will be attacked, tomorrow, like residents of Sderot. The bloodletting would involve everyone, should Abbas win the war. There is no easy ans..just as in the Koreas. Sorry. As Abba Eban said: expect sporadic violencve in the area. I agree. 6m Jews vs 500m Arabs (1.4b Muslims) and Obama. The Arab Sring worsened Israel's plight..fences for infiltrators wont stop tanks and missiles. Tough situation., plus US Jewry, Israel's major suport network, is perplexed..hoping for a miracle of peacxe and a sensible US govt. With Hagel, I am thinking of Haman, Hamas, Hezbollah. Is Hagel of German ancestry.Hmmmm?
28. Its about 1.4B vs 6m, Simply Put
Noah Lev ,   LosAngelesUSA   (01.07.13)
There may just not be a viable answer to this conflict, now 100 years old. This did not start yesterday, and wont end tomorrow, I am sorry to say.We have troops in Germany 67 yrs after the war, why? Also,Okinawa, why? Russia is getting uppity..China owning US, the Muslim world defeating the West in increments..the Pales surrounding little Israel..several layers of enemies within, to the territories, to neighbors, MBH, to Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, and of course Iran. This is not about the Pales vs Israel..its about Israel vs 1.4 b Muslims, parts of Europe and anti-Semtism ( Israels are Jews first and Zionists second, according to most). We should not forget that. Even Hagel, calls pressure pro-Israel groups "Jewish". Would he call a grfoup black? Are Christian Zionists Jews? Fooled me.
29. # 23
Birdi ,   Israel   (01.07.13)
Whoever you are our nameless one, kudos for a very well written answer to # 1.
30. #3 Steve, Ain't no Palestinian's
BEN JABO (MACHAL) ,   ISRAEL   (01.07.13)
Fah ti Hammad of Hamas has said so, it's on h is Youtube video, you're merely an "invention"
