That's awesome :)
3. Remo, why the surprise?
Dan ,   KS, Israel   (01.08.13)
Remo, you seem surprised. We get along when politics and land do not enter the picture. So many people see only a small part of what is happening here, and think they know everything. You would need to hear a lot, and ask questions of all sides to try to understand the disagreements.

The IDF, Civil Administration and the Palestinian security forces collaborated in several similar rescue operations throughout the West Bank: -it always takes a crisis, in WW2 communist russia and the United States worked together to defeat nazism

...costs in excess of $10,000 per hour of operation. Gosh, let's not expect people to swim 10 meters to the nearby dry land!! PS: In Alaska, when you get rescued by the Air National Guard , you get a bill in the mail!!

One of the major problems here is that roads are built without adequate or proper drainage,I have seen many roads where the drains were put in the wrong spot instead of where water collects, and it doesn't take a genius to know that when you put a speed bump on a road you need to put a drain in front and behind it because that is where the water pools! Why not put more drains in areas that need it, like lower streets(on a hill) curves? Just because it only rains 2 months or 3 out of a year is no excuse for laziness!

Remo put in a very nice comment saying that it's awesome that we're all working together. Dan, you are quick to jump on his back and 'educate' him...this is what leads people to think Israelis are pompous and arrogant...when someone gives you a smiley...give a thumbs up and be humble. I also think it's awesome BTW , good work 669 and everyone else involved in the rescue ops
8. How about proper drainage?
Donna   (01.09.13)
In my well-to-do neighbourhood, the water just sits in giant lakes with nowhere to go, or runs down to the houses by the sea and floods them....every winter! I pay a fortune in city tax, why are the drainage holes so few and far between? Why do we put malls in such dumb places (bottom of the hill in Modiin). Ugh! Well, I got a day off today. so it's not a total loss...
9. Also they are trying to escape from the rain they hold weapo
