I live in the lower Galilee and it is very hard for me to understand why any Arab who lives in this most glorious spot would want to hurt Israel. There is full and equal access to health care, social services and education. There is employment, prosperity, friendly custom for their businesses friendly relations with Jewish neighbours and work-mates and fair treatment for their villages from the Moetza - what's not to like? I can only conclude that these two kids are metumtamim, which is why their sentences were so light.
