Algeria rushed this operation and botched it to a large degree ,but they understood that these hostage -takers meant business and they were prepared to murder their hostages. In other words ,algerian froces understood the reality of the situation and the minset of those they were dealing with.

5. This is such good news but construction should be delayed
until April of 2014 after the three transits of the Earth through the tail of Planet X (Nibiru, Orchus to NASA) in March and September of 2013 and March of 2014, bringing a Pole shift and castastrophic events such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, tornadoes, etc. Marshall Masters' book "Crossing the Cusp: Surviving the Edgar Cayce Pole Shift" gives more information.
