1. Only idiots would leave this to the not-Supreme court.
Bunnie Meyer ,   Los Angeles, CA USA   (01.13.13)
Citizens need to rise up and move that fake court to gaza where it belongs.
2. With the current "Supreme Court"of Israel....
Keren ,   IL-BR   (01.13.13)
....,Israel will not walk forward NEVER.No way. That must be changed and Organizations in Israel must be coherent to logic,to Israel´s and Jews´ history and so on. One can not walk in the correct parameters starting with the wrong ones. If one walks in confusion in confusion he will walk and in confusion he will be. CURE AND REARRANGE THE SYSTEM ACCORDING TO JEWISH AND ISRAEL´S HISTORY!
3. Tear down those tents NOW!
Reuven   (01.13.13)
And clip the self-assumed powers of the leftist High Court. This is a security matter and the Court must have no say in it!
4. #1 WRONG!
(01.13.13)
Would it kill you to respect the highest court in your state, or are you advocating anarchy?
5. # 2...Jewish Law and History hasn't shown the world
Edithann ,   USA   (01.13.13)
anything but disasters...and you're asking for repeats? Come on, tell us you're not serious. It's great people what to do from Los Angeles..What Israel needs is an AMERICAN AIPAC! TAT .
6. Intifada tourism
Dan ,   USA   (01.13.13)
You have to give credit to the Arabs and their Leftist backers for coming up with a new tactic: claiming that their camping stunt is a tourist attraction. Their little uprising game can be a magnet for thrill-seeking crackpot university students and Eurotrash who can pretend to be Third World revolutionaries for a few days and then head to the beaches, pubs, and hotels for some chill-out time before jetting home. Look for a 5-star rating in the Idiot's Guide to World Travel, right next to bulldozer games in Gaza.
7. Great job !!! ,...
split ,   US   (01.13.13)
In exposing the perfidy of Israeli justice when it comes to Palis ,...
8. I have been buying the excelent agricult products of Jews...
Keren ,   IL-BR   (01.13.13)
...living in Judea e Samaria.Really excellent. A great (and genuine in their case)idea is to set up stands in the Beduin fair at Beer Sheva as well as in all those Beduin camps waiting for a real economical and touristic thrust. Don´t wait a moment to sell those excelent products to a thirsty market! Good associating point,Dan, #6.Thanks.
9. These squatters did us a favour
Ian ,   Newcastle upon Tyne   (01.13.13)
They've shown once and for all that the sector is unoccupied and Jewish settlement won't displace anybody. So many thanks to them. THREE CHEERS FOR ISRAEL!!!
10. military zone
Jacques VITENBERG ,   France   (01.13.13)
Destroy the tents for a strategic road! High Court cann't interfere on military and security matters in a military zone!
11. #10 EXACTLY!
Keren ,   IL-BR   (01.13.13)
But ,strangely,it ,consistently, DOES! I ask:WHY?
12. Either Israel has a high court and
exUK ,   Tel Aviv   (01.13.13)
it is respected ,or just dismantle it completely and admit that we have total military rule, with of course, some extremist religious rule thrown in. A high Court is not there only if we happen to agree with it.Much as I wish for a peaceful 2 state solution,by not leaving those tents and people, and by injuring them(even unintentionally,Israel is playing into the hands of all of its critics and ignoring its own law.It is obviously a Netanyahu ploy to look 'strong' before elections.Again I have to say "Not In My Name'.
13. To: No. 12
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.13.13)
Well, take your sorry ass back to the U.K. The Israeli Supreme Court does not have jurisdiction over Judea and Samaria. Good bye. Don't let the door slam you in your stupid ass on your way out of Israel.
14. #11, Israel's high court isn't respected.
BH ,   Iowa   (01.13.13)
It's a self-selecting, radical leftist, activist court that issues decisions based primarily on their personal ideology.
15. #14
Keren ,   IL-BR   (01.13.13)
The question is why it is allowed to practically compete with the government, having actually more power than government itself. Why should Israel elect a PM and not the members of Supreme Court if, in the ultimate instance,it also rules Israel-more,much more than the elected PM -and in instances that don´t belong to that realm,as ideological and security matters. There´s something very fishy here.
16. To: No. 7
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.14.13)
Hey, dumbbell, ever hear of Wounded Knee? Since you're such a great googler, google that.
17. the high court is a clear and present danger to israel
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (01.14.13)
the high court regularly abuses its power and it regularly sides with law breaking arabs. the high court has not the authority to determine israel's borders. the determination of israel's borders belong to the prime minister and his government.
18. Give the tents ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (01.14.13)
.... to the brave soldiers who man the Iron Dome batteries.
19. Remove the settler's Tents
Chaim Ben Kahan ,   Efrat, Israel   (01.14.13)
The Arab occupiers media gimmick is over. The Supreme court in Israel has overstepped it's boundaries.
