5. As is the case with all land in Israel
Paul ,   Jerusalem   (01.15.13)
if the government doesn't let Jews build then Arabs will. Why, because a people who believes they truly own the land will not disengage, remove, restrict, or act like an enemy government to the people.

8. #3 - if Arabs were interested in "humanitarian" ways

9. False claims of ownership keep coming in
William ,   Israel   (01.15.13)
Two groups claim private ownership of E1 - Bedouin, who are nomadic and do not actually own land, legally or inherently; and near-by Arab villages which claim it belongs to them though no municipal plan is on file stating their goal of natural expansion for village families. Guess it couldn't have been so important if Arafat signed it away through Oslo Accords and subsequent negotiations over large settlement blocs and connecting land.

Jacques VITENBERG ,   France   (01.15.13)
Arabs returning to outpost with high Court benediction., and PM is bewildered! He spoke too much about E1 and doesn't act, neither in the social field, nor with Allon-Tabenkin spirit!

16. Palestinian outpost
Peace   (01.16.13)
Start the construction now and set up new outpost in other hilltop in the West Bank. If Jews're allowed to take over a hilltop, why can't the Palestinian.

As a start why not you prove your right to this land?
Adam Balm ,   AMERICA THE BEAUTIUL   (01.16.13)
It seems very poorly advised to invite the world's criticism and inviting in the perpetual arab rages, of Israel's plans for it's building, protections and growth... STOP telling the world...and inviting in terrorist clashes. It's no one's business what Israel "PLANS to build" or is a strategic decision and should be a security item of non disclosure and secrecy! when Israel plans, it's nobodies business but Israelis....
