The ADL although supported by donations is basically Foxman's little domain. He got the position by basically be a wealthy man. He answers to no one and therefore he speaks for no one. Unfortunately the world doesn't realize that the American Jewish leaders are not elected, not even appointed. Their positions are predominantly "purchased" by virtue of wealth.
