I can't stop laughing! Israel the only democracy in the ME??? Democracy by name only! Still stuck in the dark ages!!

Israel isn't stuck in the Dark Ages... it's a group of religious fanatics who are. In fact, there are shops in Israel, for instance, where you'll see hardcore pornographic magazines being displayed out in the open...something you definitely can't do in most places in the U.S. these days.
4. Women in pants look better.

Also, it makes it easier to ride the bus. If this makes some Haredi women jealous, that's their problem to beat. Haredi women should surprise their husbands at home and on the streets by wearing pants. I will come to Mea Shaarim and Bnei Brak to witness the great reconciliation at the bus stations and at homes, but they must promise not to spit at my bare head.

Pants? Are you kidding? With the monumental issues we face, voting is the most important act of today. The government we elect, will make life and death decisions, on our behalf. Pants are so non-important, that making an issue of it means we have strayed so far from what is meaningful, as to lose the meaning completely.

But the religious fanatics are now, and will be in the next coalition, PART OF ISRAEL'S GOVERNMENT !
7. No Arabic ballots is truly shameful

I voted in Meah Shearim and there wasn't a problem. Anyway the woman was seated, so who could see what she was wearing. You people get overwhelmed with your own talk backing
9. #7 What's shameful: not knowing your own country's language.
L ,   Merkaz, Israel   (01.22.13)
All they have to do is recognize TWO letters that their imam shows them a picture of and commands them to vote, democratically of course, for the party most supportive of the shahidim to blow up their Zionist Entity country or most likely to have MKs aboard the Mavi Marmara II. It's pretty simple: The ballots are the EXACT same in every city of Israel: You have the right to vote for Zoabi or Arab List in Bnei Brak and you have the right to vote Shas or HaBayit HaYehudi in Tayibe. What a country! Now I'm waiting for the Armenians to complain that the ballots aren't in Armenian; after all they DO have a quarter of the Old City.
