If they are bringing their own money to enjoy and do not take residency within the country, why is this a problem? Many are turned away at BG

The Israeli version of a 4 star hotel leaves a lot to be desired. New York/London hotel prices for a Tel Aviv hostel style service.

Totally agree with you the political situation has nothing to do with it.First Te lAviv is VERY expensive in fact going to Israel on holiday is VERY expensive.Air fares and hotels VERY expensive.Second there is a recession in US and Europe and then December is not the best time to come to Israel as the weather can be poor.
