For sure you won't see a wound because it's covered with a cotton pad. At least you will take a picture of the open wound, but you have to do a request to the attending doctors. Just letting know everyone that yours isn't a valid point.

Do you need glasses?
Take another look on the left side of the body you will see an extended arm & hand. The extended hand is covering the wound with a cotton pad. The extended hand is also applying pressure to the wound, to stop the bleeding which is covered by the cotton pad.
