Just like the rest of the O administration, it's about making billions on trading carbon credits. This scheme was defeated first term--now look out. None of these politicians give a rat's ass about the American people or the environment. It's all about control. When I was a kid I watched Kerry blast the Vietnam soldiers. It was shocking. Now, 40 years later, learned it was ALL FAKE. He made it up to advance himself with certain political interests and to hide his poor performance in Vietnam. Anyway... what #1 said.
