1. Hitler's rise
Toledano Jean-Pierre ,   Israel   (01.31.13)
If he was still alive ,nowadays, he should be very proud of his political successors in Europe, the USA and of course in the Arab, Islamist countries.....
2. I'm waiting, if I live that long, for the germuns to rewrite
Moshe ,   Usa   (01.31.13)
history & blame the nazis on the Jews & blame the murder of Jews on the Jews. I'm convinced they will find a way. In the meantime they will call Israel bad names like aparteid state.
3. To No. 2

It is bizarre that antisemitism is a fundamental dimension of some Jewish people. It is as though without it their lives would be meaningless. Here is Angela Merkel exhibiting more understanding of the rise of Hitler, showing how ordinary Germans permitted the horrors of Nazism, than talkbackers such as yourself could ever expect to have. Perhaps that is because you have an unwarranted high opinion of your own moral standing and an equally unwarranted view of the inherent evil embodied in another nation. No, we all have to be vigilant to ensure that own societies do not sink into the abyss. Evil occurs when ordinary people allow themselves to be seduced by demagoguery or just stand by, look the other way and say nothing.

I agree with you on some points, however you cannot ignore that during years of terror and most recently the rockets fired upon israeli civilian cities during Operation Pillar of Defence, the EU and other countries turned their backs on us, to only not even a month later increase Palestinian status at the UN. A terror state known as Gaza sits 1km from Israel yet our country is criticized when it defends itself, while at the very same time French troops enter Mali over 6000km away from France because they " don't want a terror state on Europes doorstep" Talk about a double standard on Europes behalf, which is no surprise at all it goes back decades.
7. Islam blocked Jewish Escape
Zechariah   (02.02.13)
Islam particularly Turkey blocked Jewish escape And had easily the Capacity to provide Temporary shelter for six years join the fight against Nazism and see Jews return to Europe or go to theUSA and South America or stay in Islamic lands .Some could go to a Eretz Yisroel shared by Arab and Jew.
