if the person(s) who are uncooperative are not in jail yet, then the police are NOT using all their resources.

Those who cover up this incident are as guilty as those who commit the crime. Discusting behavior from the harideem in what is becoming more and more common in their society. Somehow this is just the tip of the ice berg.

the problem is that the Torah (see this week's portion) makes rape a damage claim and the perpetrator must pay money. However today's secular courts see rape as a very serious crime, giving sentences greater than murder (Levi Aron got 30 years for brutally murdering a child, Nechemia Webberman got 103 years for raping a girl). Who is correct? Well there is also a Jewish law called, dina d'malchutha dina,. which means that the law of the law is supreme. In any case, the rabbis do not have any power or authority to act in any case, so we must either ignore it or turn to the secular courts which are not Torah justice. That is the problem faced by many religious.

These people in the guise of supposedly spiritually religious. Their lives of deceit and fear are what is dragging humanity down. I am ashamed to call myself Jewish when I think of these people as part of 'my' people.
