The PLO wants ALL of Israel and Israel must resist this and build as much as possible. This means 9,000 more housing units not 90. This means building E1 as fast as possible. All available resources in Israel should be dedicated to building in Eastern Israel. Every hill, every area near Jerusalem should have homes for peaceful Jewish communities and this is what will create a lasting peace.
