2. Sanctions
Syd Chaden ,   Palermo Calif USA   (02.15.13)
Talk of sanctions are ridiculous. They aren't effective, and Obama has issued waivers whenever it has suited him. It is well known that Iran and North Korea have been cooperating in both missile and nuclear technology. The recent North Korean nuclear test may well have been the long-feared test of an Iranian nuclear weapon. Obama, and Europe, and the UN may wish to continue to bolster their images with meaningless and ineffective talks. Presumably, they will acknowledge that talks were not enough, if mushroom clouds rise over the cities of Iran's enemies,
3. Obama just pretend to do something.

4. No, Korea and Iran..A Treaty?
Noah Lev ,   losAngelesUSA   (02.15.13)
The obvious question has to be asked, are sanctions accomplishing anything concrete..has Iran budged one iota on its enrichment program in 12 years..with all the threats? They now have displayed new centrifuges..3000, which spin faster and thus are closer to the bomb, which they keep on denying ( for medical purposes) Sure., like Syria saying its research facility and truck convoys were for scientific purposes and there were no missiles being shopped to Hez. Can anyone ever believe these thugs who forcibly put down their own people, tortured them, amputate arms now in public, have installed Sharia law, and daily threatend to wipe out Israel (if Israel attacks their nuke sites). Come on, get real. They see No, Koreas boldness wi/o any real force against it..and Chinese keeping others at bay. If gold boycott is harming Iran..good. No sanction should bed lifted. But in the end, Iran's goal is obvious..a nuke capability..to gain parity with other nuke nations, inclucing supposedly Israel, the US, and Russia. The question also is: is No.Korea ready to make a treaty with Iran to combine both their nuke powers? To the West:: to forstall Iran, take out ther 23 sites NOW.
5. Easy bargain
Robert ,   New Jersey, USA   (02.15.13)
Fordo was destroyed in the blast. What is Iran giving up to agree to this?
6. Obama has folded, as always predicted
Cipora Julianna Kohn ,   Z   (02.15.13)
obama will allow iran to go nuclear. there is absolutely no doubt about it. his trip to israel is a total subterfuge. all he cares about is his muslim friends and imposing a "settlement" on israel.
7. just wondering.....
les ,   canada   (02.16.13)
wouldn't the promise of, if you don't stop NOW, within one week there be a low yield detonation over fordo, and other known nuke sites may give a better and faster result, than years of "negotiations" of the "western powerless" with themselves?
8. what obama meant to say
shloime ,   toronto, canada   (02.16.13)
what obama meant to say was "we will do what is necessary to STOP ISRAEL from preventing them from getting a nuclear weapon." but that would have been too confusing...
9. The begining of the end of 'sanctions'....
Edithann ,   USA   (02.16.13)
it's already ordained .... Israel wlll have to develop another insane tactic to get at Iran...No war, no sanctions with life getting back to normal, will be hard for Israel to accept... It's imperative that Iran keep Israel 'walled' in and safe.. TATA....
10. fordo iran
patrick ,   london   (02.16.13)
i anderstend that fordo was distroy by som ebody
