allowed into the knesset, these guys should be kicked out asap. makes no sense to have an enemy in your parliament.

parliamentary immunity has never been meant to cover felonies. we must remember that a number of very high ranking politicians with immunity have been brought before the courts for various crimes: katzav, olmert, ramon, deri, and now lieberman.

members of parliament have an even greater responsibility to guard state secrets since they are guardians thereof. the press usually has an obligation to the public to reveal the truth, but even the press has a moral obligation to balance its truth seeking function with its responsibility to protect the physical safety of the population it seeks to inform as the fourth estate.

Those arab MKs (Tibi, Gal On) are trembling after witnessing the laughable treatment the arab terrorists and leftists traitors got before them. Sure they are already negotiating a plea bargain that will grant them the last model of Mercedes or Porsche.

I hope state does not put itself in such a position. Precautions must be taken to avoid mistakes that is why courts and lawyers and laws have to be strengthened.

Why should truth be hidden in the Knesset. Lawmakers have the right to speak the truth. Why should sudden dangers come? Citizens have a right to know what the state is doing. Jewish security is important whether the enemy is inside or outside.

Every Democracy and non-Democracy in the world has secret, confidential information. Part of being a lawmaker is that you have access to this. However, along with access is supposed to come responsibility. Anyone who thinks Israel is any different from the US or Canada in this regard is a fool who needs to take their head out of the sand. No country can afford to have its' secrets broadcast for political reasons.

I am sure all states have secrets. But Israel is held to a higher standard. No secrets have to be revealed for political reasons ,such secrets are the cause of danger to the Jewish people. Government is accountable to the people of Israel and even without such revelations the government has lost trust .Everyone can continue to hide their heads in the sand.

Which Country that the politician telling the truth ? No country in the world. At least in Israel you can open your mouth & criticize the Government. Not in any Islamic country.
