He served longer than anyone who ever spied on the US and for doing less than others. What your beef with him is, must be personal. He was an arrogant idiot who deserved jail, but what miniscule damage he did do pales in comparison to most who served less than half of his sentence. Anyhow, he gets out in 2 yrs but they'll wind up cutting him 6-9 months earlier. Justice was served; he'll get out before any serious health issues. Nothing anyone can do about that.
