4. EGYPT CAN'T GOVERN ITSELF.
As long as they ignore their own land, Gaza, they will not be able to properly govern Sinai. It is a reality that Egyptian and the Muslim world does not want to accept. The same scenario goes for Jordan and WB.

5. I smell money.
Egypt's dollar has fallen by about 80% recently. They need more money than can be printed at a time. I wonder if they are "clearing tunnels" as a request by Obama in order to receive US funds?
