31. 19Scott Lapid can only have majority...

with Haredim or the left. The left are not less leaches. Under their reign there has never been a better economic situation than under the right wing.
32. haredi just a distraction from Lapid plan to become next PM
zionist forever   (03.03.13)
Lapid ideally wants a second election now. thrives on the kind of populist anti haredi the secular keep because the secular public love to see. If he can make it look like there is no greater threat facing the country for another two weeks then another election will be held and the main focus of that election will be the hared. Bibi has no populist policies to self because he is a professional politician who deals with real issues, ones which make you unpopular. The idiot Israeli public are so focussed on the haredi who don't affect the country in the slightest way will vote for Lapid and he will become the next PM not Bibi. If there was no haredi how many people think it would be in the countries best interest to have Lapid as the next PM? In opposition you can promise to be the messiah and make people will love you for it but once in government you have to do more than telling the public what they want to hear and the choices you make affect the country like war & peace, the economy and all the other important issues that affect the lives of both haredi lovers and haters. Don't fall for a snake oil salesman who is only interested in becoming the next PM and uses the haredi as a way of distracting the public from real policies.
33. No tragedy if Shas quit politics

Lapid behaves as if he was an emperor for two reasons. The first is this power he was not expecting to get has gone to his head. The second is because the election result was so close he wants to now try and manipulate things create a situation where a second election will be called and because he has only been focussing on anti haredi issues the public love so much. Lhinks rightly thinks if he can force a second election now, sell it as one that concerns the hared then he can win it before he has served some time in the Knesset proving he would be a good PM through actions which have nothing to do with haredi. Lapid has admitted himself that being part of a coalition that included the haredi would be disastrous for his image so the man admits himself he is all image no substance.

This kind of talk is only to force them to be in the government. I hope they remain in the opposition. I am sure secular Israel will come around when they are convinced of their mistakes. Haredi women must be active in the society and given more responsibilities .

Seems you have a case of " Bad looser" well if your intrested in the reality, the nation has voted and Mr Lapid is the rising star, guess you and your ilk are a dying breed, well we can only pray.
37. What have in common...
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (03.03.13)
exclusion of Haredim and exclusion of Jews? Both are bigotry. Good example we give to the world.

joey low ,   new york, usa   (03.03.13)
so nice to see eli yishai and the shas party realizing that they will be left out of the government. they deserve it big time for being so selfish. its about time someone stood up and spoke the truth against them. there is a new hope in israel and yair lapid and naftali bennett represent a real breakthrough in the way politics is done in israel. kol hakavod to them. joey low
39. In the other handit will not be calamitous if all sit togeth
Keren ,   IL-BR   (03.03.13)
I don´t see why Lapid could not sit along the Haredim. If all sit in the coalision-Shas,Torah,Bait,Yesh,Likud what´s the big deal? If Shas declares flexibility in a matter that virtually whole Israel desires and if Netanyahu declares to all what are his intentions,a union among all is possible. The problem is that as of now all of them are like blinds in a dark room. Netanyahu must set clear to all Israel what he wants:to please Israel-from seculars to religious to natioanalists ,or if he wants to please UN,US,EU and company. The matter stands in clarifying to all WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! This repulsive secretive way of behaving towrds the people of Isreal is repulsive and should end imediately because that is ill! ILL!

I am not a bad looser I just don't want an amuter as the next PM because he managed to fool the voters into believing the haredi draft was the most important issue facing this country. Who runs the country is not a game it effects the lives of every single person no matter what their political views are. Who is better qualified to run the country the man with years of experience in many roles and has been PM twice or a man who tells the public what they want to hear? Bibi leads a mainstream party made up of men & women with alot of experience but not a single MK in the Lapid party has ever served in the Knesset. Potentially a PM with no experience leading a government with no experience. Lapid doesn't even have any policy other than his war on the haredi and Bibis doesn't have any popular and fashionable policies he only addresses serious issues that affect the country but doesn't make you lots of friends. Think beyond the haredi
