1. Rabbi Samson, you are absolutely right. Parents must coach,
Moshe ,   Usa   (04.05.13)
guide, advise & mentor their children all the days of their lives; particularly Jewish children. In this way, these children will be more successful & there will be more Jews in the world to replenish, I hope, that those lost by the harshness of christianity & moooslum. One of the problems of my generation is that parents were fooled by their education of Darwinian Theory which extolled "battle of the fittest". This theory put people on the level of animals in that the stronger an animal is, the more likely its genetic offspring will survive to create the next generation. This created detatchment between parent & child as the parent would not contribute to the knowledge & direction of their children. Also, parents adopted the adult "priviledge of privacy" & would not "interfere" in their children's lives. Both concepts weakened the children's success. And this additionally added to the numbers of Jewish children who later married "out" of Judaism. It is a sad reality that parents will not have empathy for their own children. My wife & I live for the happiness & success of our children & grandchildren. Thank You.
