Three points: 1. You mean Northern Ireland. The greater part of Ireland - the Republic - is fully independent of the UK. 2. No-one is disenfranchised in Northern Ireland. All are UK citizens, unlike the Arab population of the West Bank, all of whom are disenfranchised, none of whom are Israeli citizens. 3. I am a British citizen but I am in favour of a united independent Ireland.

With Frans Timmermans, a staunch anti Israel / pro Palestinian Dutch FM, it was only a question of time when he would start to to pull his anti Israel agenda. One of Amsterdam's supermarkets, also wanting to be 'political correct, stopped putting Kosher/Israeli products on it's shelves and.......their turnover dropped approx. 25% in three month and guess what.......all the products are back! Conclusion: to double up on ALL the labeled goods! More than a century ago England made a law for a label on importing goods. Their own goods were worse than those from Germany. So the label "made in Germany" was introduced in the hope the English would not buy these things and support their own industry. It worked the other way: people wanted the better German stuff. In the same way I will buy the good Israeli products. An extra plus is my very positive stand for Israel. Number one, stupids, is the economy!

What I cannot understand is that Israeli supermarkets are STILL importing Turkish products! Another one is Ikea in Israel! Quite true, now a days, labels from "Occupied Japan" also command a higher price... Methinks "Made in Israel" will sell far more as people know Kosher is clean and Israel is best. I bought some sun flower seeds from Israel that were as big as small almonds and delicious! I encourage everyone to buy Israeli!!!
