Morocco is one of the few Arab countries to have cordial relations with Israel, and has even allowed Israeli Jews of Moroccan descent to visit.

I'm sorry but this article is deceiving and full of erroneous facts. For one, Jewish citizens of Morocco do travel freely to Israel and back. No need for them to sneak around for fear of persecution. Furthermore, even Moroccan citizens of Muslim confession do travel unhindered to Israel and back.
8. One of those incomprehensible articles.

Its beyond any ordinary understanding as to what the heck motivated Ynet to publish this unopportune Article. First, its frivoulous full of inaccurate information, it does not serve any purpose but a political one, now to distinguish the 'oppositionaires' Shas to your rank and file other Moroccan Jews. In that context, it seems to show an agenda of Ynet, rather than promote any sneaky co-operation between Morocco and Israel. The heck, someone is sleeping at the switch, or are they?1
9. if there is no future in Morocco...
nadav ,   tlv   (03.18.13)
then why are they still there?! Morocco allows Jews to leave now without punishing them, so they should just leave and move to israel...
10. Just a rectification

As a Moroccan... I confirm that we don't need to pass through other countries to go to Israel. Shalom
