They are good people, I feel for their frustration.
Set up a draft center (like in Sakhnin) where Arabs with Israeli citizenship who don't like Israel can volunteer to join either the pro- or anti- Assad forces, whichever they prefer. We give them 2 months training, and then drop them in Syria with an AK and ammunition.
