Enough is enough already, stone throwers need to be prosecuted and treated as people who are assaulting. When you throw a stone (large ones, construction rubble ect.) you are intending to hurt and kill whoever you are throwing it at.

If the Israelis can get the above to conclude that stone throwing at moving cars is attempted murder and enforced there might be a lesson leaned. Until then expect more stone throwers.

The Jewish colonists in the occupied Westbank terrorise Palestinian villagers, not just with stones, but with firearms as well. I travelled once in a Palestinian service taxi with blue number plates along Route 60 near Sinjil, when a big rock, the size of a man's fist, was thrown into the windshield by a Jewish colonist from a car travelling at full speed in the opposite direction towards the Palestinian service taxi. It was a terrifying experience. The driver managed to stop the car and there were only minor injuries. If throwing stones is equal to attempted murder, then a lot of Jewish criminals from the colonies in the Westbank belong in jail. But they don't need to be worried. For they won't be going to trial at Ofer Base Military Court in case they will be caught red handed. They will appear before a Court in Israel and will at most get a few month's of community service, that is IF they will ever have to go to Court. I don't want civilians of either side and certainly not children to become victims of violence. But throwing stones is just a symptom of the disease called Israeli occupation of Palestinian land. Treat the disease and not the symptom.
