From having lived in Israel for several years, here are my observations. Israelis hate Russian Jews (see comments here). They hate them because they are more educated and have more "classical" culture (real literature, music, not Eretz Nehederet). Israelis have no respect for Russian Jews' resilience in the face of hardship (Holocaust, Communism), their educational achievements, their Zionism. If Americans or Europeans treated Jews the way Israeli Jews treat Russian Jews, it would be called racism. But in Israel, it's acceptable.

Total garbage from beginning to end. Israelis do not hate Russian Jews. Israel is made up of many people from different societies, each group has brought their own culture. Higher education in Israel is costly, however it is obtainable through grants etc. Israelis maybe don't know enough about the resilience of your people. Not every Israeli has been able to visit Russia. Russian history is not taught in the Israeli educational system. (not yet) No kind of racisim is acceptable in Israel.
