Natan's proposed plan is what the Israeli Supreme Court ordered years ago, e.g. that the section of the Western Wall known as Robinson's Arch should be designated as the site for non-Orthodox prayer services. During these years the Reform Movement could have developed the site as a world class advert for Reform, but little was done aside from Bar and Bas Mitzvahs which take place there regularly. WoW chose to ignore Robinson's Arch and to get maximum publicity by offending the traditional Jewish women at the Western Wall Plaza. The American Jewish media were taken in by WoW, ignoring the Supreme Court ruling which led to their arrest for contempt of court. I hope we have turned that page and that we can share Isaiah's vision of the New Jerusalem, 'And My House [Jerusalem] shall be called a House of Prayer for all nations.'
