Show me at this point in time that all of the facts of this exactly who did what in that bombing is 100% known. If everything is known, then why bother question the other guy? probably involved and suspected is just cautious language until everything is known about the bombing, including exactly what role each person played, not a "i think he was just hanging out collecting for charity LOLZ!" use. My comment related to the charges brought against Tsarnaev. The killing of the MIT police officer is believed to have been the work of the elder brother, now dead. The best charge that can be brought against the younger one would be as an accessory to murder, and that would have to be a Commonwealth charge, not a federal one. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts does not have the death penalty. Finally, I don't know anything about the case of the three Jews who may have been murdered beyond the fact that the local authorities have reopened the investigation into their deaths. If your reading comprehension skills were up to par, you would have noticed that I have not commented upon that case at all -- until now, and only to say that I don't know about the case.
