The urge to answer your post, overpowers me.
No matter how much Split would like to leave his country, the US, he is unable to.

I am 22, made aliyah and contributed to the state in army service of 3 years. Notw I will study medicine.
What can she do apart from pay some taxes and live in a wealthy european/american rich ghetto in somewhere like Herziliya Petuach. She will return to Italy to buy her $$$ clothes, whats she gonna do? shop on Allenby in Tel Aviv..? i think not..
