In the normal course of events it is unacceptable....but there is an on-goijng state of war between Syria and Israel. Syria allowed Hezbollah to do all the fighting so why should Israel allow them to transfer arms. Thinking back, hasn't Turkey gone chasing after Kurds in Iraq, Syria or Iran in the past?
