The Balfour Declaration and subsequent San Remo agreement and Mandate all pledged to preserve the rights of the Palestinian-Arabs. The existence of an independent viable State of Palestine at peace with Israel would not mean the death but the fulfillment of the Balfour Declaration. Or are you envisioning "peace" as a step towards the total destruction of the Jewish Homeland of Israel?

It doesn't matter one bit whether Abbas goes crying to the ICC or not. In fact, it will give Israel the chance to prove our legal ownership of Judea and Samaria to the world. The ICC will almost certainly side with "Palestinians" for political reasons. However, Israel's case is so strong that it will win millions of new allies. Every fair minded decent person will support Israel.
As for Obama; his evil regime is likely to end due to the Benghazi disater. Unlike Watergate, Americans died at Benghazi.
