Face it, unless it was a military target (say Chechen terrorists based in Turkey), it makes no sense that Assad would attack the Turks at Reyhanli. That leaves only two possible perpetrators: Iran (might want to draw Turkey and Obama into a Syrian war) or Sunni Jihad (want Obama military support to defeat Assad).
