Palestinians can't be so resent import as settlers, as you perfectly know. Because you have kept them under control for 65 years. If you study some genetics of the people around Israel, you will learn that Palestinians are more local people than most of the Jews. You can read it from the Hebrew university studies if you have courage to study anything but Torah. The religion is off course another matter, but you cant expect that the whole world will jump when the Torah tells you to do so. You must understand that the local people have some rights too. Sorry, I wrote those messages with hurry, so I missed your question. What I think you should do? On my humble opinion, you should recognize Palestine and negotiate borders based on the Green line with some land swaps. Settlers behind the border should stay in Palestine like some Arabs live in Israel. Everyone should get the citizenship of the State where they live. Settlers on Palestine side should pay taxes to Palestine. Security of Palestine should be based on cooperation of PA and IDF. Housing on Palestine side should be controlled by PA and settlers together, where local councils should decide of the building rights. Rights of the Jews in Palestine should be equal to the rights of the Arabs in Israel. Minority rights should be honored by Palestine and guaranteed by the international community (with harsh sanctions if necessary). Palestine sovereignty should depend on their ability to honor the rights and safety of their minorities. There is not enough space and time to write and explain everything and every different option, so don't judge me only by these few words. It is only my incomplete opinion. But remember that also in ancient times, there were many kingdoms in Israel.

All the Arabs and All the Israelis would have to want peace. Your plan would result in a bloodbath. The green line has been erased and any negotiations based on that line are completely ridiculous. In first stage Israel would recognize Palestine and settlers who live in Palestine would pay their taxes to Palestine. I think that it would prevent a bloodbath where current policy is leading eventually. Most of the Palestinians and Israelis would have to want peace in every possible solution. I think that time is right for solutions, because every Jew and Palestinian can see in Syria where they are going if they don't want peace.
