Its increasingly successful Cuisine... Everytime we return to Israel I find more and more Jewels of affordable Eating Places offering wonderful dishes from all over the world with that unique Israeli signature and style And that includes some stunning Israeli Arab dishes - Its certainly noticeable the number and quality of Israeli Arab Restaurants that have started up in recent years So we need more effort and resource put into the development of Israeli Cuisine by for example encouraging more Recipe Books (The UK Top Selling Books are packed with Recipe Books) yet to my knowledge there is only 1 published about Israeli Cuisine! We need more written about Food and Restaurants in the Media...(we are starved of this news in Y Net News for example) And finally the Tourist Board need to think about encouraging more Annual Food Festivals of all sorts - Israeli Cuisine, Wines, Fruit...(quite honestly I wouldn't mind turning up at a 'Falafel Festival'..if there was one!)
