I am a strong advocate of minimal eating and self discipline. Eat mean and lean...

3. Refua shlema
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (06.13.13)
Could be a gall bladder attack, but better that than a heart attack. The weight needs to come down.
4. less blubber= healthy person= mouth control
Larry ,   Los Angeles   (06.14.13)
Let our great minister become a shinning example of a good person by showing us how to take off weight sensibly.... or perhaps he has no control over his mouth
5. about 10% of "chest pain"=cardiac alarm
New Class Traitor ,   Tel-Aviv and Dallas   (06.14.13)
I hope for him he's just having a bad case of "heartburn" (acid reflux). This is one common source of benign chest pain (also common in overweight people). If you ever have chest pain and it subsides when you take an antacid like Alka-Seltzer, this is what you've got. Been there myself, false alarm due to family history of cardiovascular problems.
6. Was it the bourekas?
Mark ,   Israel   (06.14.13)
He needs to lose weight and not be so upset about the changes that will take place regarding his bourekas.

clinics, I can tell the Minister that EKG's are flawed. People like a 36 year old US Navy pilot who suffered chest pain and came into the clinic and had a normal EKG, were given antacids for indigestion, then went home and died of the heart attack the EKG did not detect. Homocysteine levels are a better indication of whether a person is having or is about to have a heart attack. The Widow Maker heart defect is also not detected by an EKG unless it is a thalium treadmill EKG. I would suggest the Minister have his homocysteine blood levels drawn if that has not been done and he have a thalium treadmill EKG. The US military loses a lot of pilots to heart attacks that are misdiagnosed since not all physicians are aware of homocysteine levels as an indicator of heart attacks or an impending heart attack. What I do for my heart is to take the JAMA formula for rebuilding the heart plus two other nutrients the heart needs. Daily for my heart I take Co-Q-10 Ubiquinol (not ubiquinone) 100mg, 1000mg L-Carnitine, 500 mg Taurine, 5000 mcg sublingual B-12. That is actually the maintenance dose after the heart is rebuilt with double those amounts. The heart can rebuild itself if you give it the right nutrients. If the problem is plaque in the blood vessels, I would suggest Detoxamine EDTA rectal suppositories weekly to pull the plaque out of the blood vessels. That takes time, so if it is an emergency situation, then there are surgical remedies for clogged blood vessels. External claudication was invented by a Harvard physician and is a non-surgical way to re-route blood vessels around the heart if some are clogged. The person puts on a rubberized suit that is connected to an electrical current that pulsates the muscles to pump the blood. That is done 1/2 hour a day until other blood vessels are re-routed by the body to supply the heart with nutrients.
8. Facts for the bigoted
lipid myths ,   T.aviv   (06.14.13)
In rush the prejudices. Yes, obesity carries health risks (as does underweight, which NEVER seems to get any attention at all). But researchers are muddled as to why the obese, who may have higher heart disease risk, actually have a lower FATAL heart attack risk. Likewise, non obese folk with other metabolic disorders are as much at risk as obese people who don't have other metabolic disorders. What is the moral of this: stop judging! People who struggle with weight suffer enough inside without the continuous comments.
9. The book "Medical Mafia" reveals a lot of murders are

covered up in hospitals, deliberate murders. Ariel Sharon was a victim of medical murder attempts when he was given a contraindicated injectable blood thinner after he had a TIA (minor stroke). The contraindicated blood thinner caused a major stroke that was not treated with intravenous Caffeinol at the E.R. at Hadassah Ein Keren Hospital or 80% of the stroke would have been reversed if that is given within three hours of the stroke. He got there within an hour, so it was attempted medical murder for him not to be given the IV Caffeinol. Even the dentist who murdered the grandson of a Jerusalem Mayor with laughing gas was not prosecuted. Medical murder is a reality against political enemies and others for various vendetta reasons.
