1. More spoilt brats
like.. not   (06.30.13)
More parents desperately wanting the latest brand name. As long as their spoilt brats write 'like' about them, the silly parents continue to be slaves. Another useless brand name with which to milk the parents. So transparent. More bright lights in the mall's 'new' store. We are such idiots.

Children's Place clothes are beautiful and a great value. I order them and have people bring them from the States. It's a shame the children's clothes here are made with such poor quality - yet still with high prices. I just hope this is real CP clothing - not a worse "international" -type quality

My wife and I recently went to a shoe shop, had our 2 year old son try on shoes … and then order (the right size) via Amazon for ⅓ of the price. I've noticed that children's items are criminally priced here, will Children's Place be the same?

I think more and more Israelis are opening up to ordering their necessities (or wants) online (eBay, Deal Extreme, etc.) or bringing them from abroad. Prices here are plain murderous; a combination of first and foremost greed, then unfair importer fees exacted by the importer itself from the retailer (which the Israeli consumer ends up paying for) and monopolistic import policies set by the government. Add on to that high income and sales taxes (levied on the responsible working citizens who report their income due to the lack of effort the government exhibits in chasing down the people who don't pay taxes) which further exacerbate the problem.
