1. The 50,000 question is:
Koose E Mack ,   NY USA   (07.02.13)
Why is Obama supporting Morsi?? The Muslim Brotherhood is the founding father of every known Mid East Terror Organization! The Egyptian Military is moderate compared with the Brotherhood. Does Pres Obama know what's better for Egypt than the Egyptians?

You beat me to it. Obama is an over inflated stuffed shirt that thinks he knows everything. His being a Muslim only compounds our countries troubles that he is creating.

7. Egyptian people to overthrow army a week later
avg joe ,   south of tel aviv   (07.02.13)
so it doesn't matter whether a coup is effected or not. The egyptians are probably now starting to realize that they had it better under Mubarak than they do now under Morsi. But the people have no clue what they want so even if now it will be elbaredei - a few weeks later they may want someone else with a different "vision". (unlike us in Israel where we always get the same shit no matter who we vote for-but never do anything about it)

most intelligent people know that Muslims will always pick the wrong choice. Its what they do best !
9. Oh! Oh! I don't think Obama likes this one bit!
Harry Wright ,   UK   (07.02.13)
Obama is entranced with the MB. He has a whole posse of MB folks serving him as special advisers at the WH. He is a real sucker for the MB. In fact, he is a real sucker with his weird agenda. His ME plan is to have them wield full power and authority all across the ME because he claims they are "moderate" and he can have a good working relationship with them. Why? Because he thinks like them (extreme) - but millions of Egyptians REJECT them. But that won't make him pause and wonder what is so wrong with the MB. He hand-picked Morsi for the role of president of Egypt. Now, no doubt, he is pained by the ingratitude of the Egyptians who are rejecting the wonderful golden chick he hatched for them - yes hatched. And worse, the Egyptians are making his judgment look terrible, actually, non-existent. Oh dear! This president is nothing but a severe case of flatulence that needs to go away. Even the Egyptians are demanding that he keep out of their business as he struggles to salvage some tiny modicum of relevance in the ME. He already messed things up once for them, and once is enough. As usual, he thinks he can bully and buy his way through everything, so he threatens the Egyptian armed forces to cut off the aid....and got a resounding slap. Was there any other US president who received as many slaps as this one for poor performance of duties??? Never mind, WORK, creativity & sound judgment were never his forte. Golf and expensive vacations are.

I'm not sure the decision to settle in Germany was any proof of Jewish providence. To use your logic: Those, who expelled Jews from Europe before Holocaust knew better what's good for Jews.
11. the army should oust the islamists
C   (07.03.13)
the egyptian army should put an end to obama's meddling in egypt's internal affairs. obama loves the islamist muslim brotherhood who have destroyed the economy and deprived egyptians of their human rights.

apparently most egyptians want him out. have you noticed that? dummy! yes, the egyptians know what is good for them because after this idiot muslim was elected, he instituted idiotic policies that were against the population's demands and aspirations for change and more freedom and democracy. the egyptians do not want sharia law and islamization of their once religiously free country. they don't want to be iran and morsi is iran! so, crawl back into your cave. wqho are you to tell us what we need, you fool egyptian in giza by the way, hitler and mossulini also won an election and look what they did to the world.
13. When the minority does not accept the rule of the majority,
me ,   here   (07.03.13)
what is the use of another election? Are the Egyptians able to follow the rules of democracy or should the army take over and rule?

15. Morsi has broken the contract between ruler & ruled, #13
Cameron ,   USA   (07.03.13)
Sheer regime incompetence and resulting instability to the point of national peril sanction both removal and replacement. The army of Egypt serves as political watchdog and final arbiter. Unending crisis & national peril may legitimize the striking down of the electoral vote, and rendering majority rule invalid.
16. Morsi appears not to understand ...
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (07.03.13)
... that he doesn't have a choice. The military is going to take over. Bye-bye, Morsi. Perhaps the Iranians will grant you a home in exile. No one else wants you.

20. Egyptian People, MB and Morsi and Obama
Son Of Cyrus ,   UK   (07.03.13)
The Egyptian People are not going to be cheated like the Persians. Morsi is just a puppet of the Sunni Clerics. They have whored him up in a suit and tie, however, his beard gives him away. President Peanut Farmer Carter did the same to Persia (Iran) as Obama has done in Egypt. Luckily the Egyptians know what is going on since they have a large non-Muslim population. The army knows that once the MB settles in and gradually take over, they will start purging the army and put their own equivalent of the Ayatollahs Hezbollah in.
21. You are missing the main point
Tarbouche ,   aswan   (07.03.13)

Obama says no. USA people should take a lesson from Egypt. Go to your social media, bring the American people out on a March of millions to Washington Banners to carry ERHAL , Erhal , Obama USA sick of your Drama
22. When are the people of the West going to take to the streets
Rich ,   Toronto, Canada   (07.03.13)
because they are not free either. We need to see démonstrations, like in Egypt, in Berlin, Frankfurt, London, Ottawa, New York, Washington DC and Jerusalem. We the people must rule, not some plutocracy.
